Yes. Tuition requests and teacher profiles must be accurate — misleading listing details are grounds for a refund claim under the Payment Policy, and false profile information may lead to account action.

What is my data used for?

Matching parents with teachers, running admin review on listings, processing platform fee payments, resolving refund disputes, and sending notifications about your requests and applications.

Do you use my data for marketing?

Only for service-related notices (new listings, application status, refund updates) unless you separately opt in to promotional messages.

Do you sell my personal data?

No. AgradeHomeTuition does not sell personal data to third parties, under any circumstances.

Who does see my data, then?

Only platform admins, our payment processors (for platform fee transactions), and legal authorities where required by law.

When is my contact info shared with a match?

A matched teacher's contact details are shared with the parent only after a successful assignment — not before, and not with unsuccessful applicants.

Can I access, correct, or delete my data?

How is my data protected?

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
