A home tuition matching platform based in Kathmandu, Nepal, connecting parents and guardians looking for qualified tutors with teachers seeking tuition assignments.
Step 1 — Request
A parent submits a tuition request with subject, location, schedule, and budget details.
Step 2 — Review
An AgradeHomeTuition admin reviews and approves the request.
Step 3 — Publish
Approved listings go live on the teacher home screen.
Step 4 — Apply
Teachers apply on a strict first-come, first-served (FIFO) basis — the first teacher to successfully apply is assigned the tuition, and the listing closes to further applications.
Step 5 — Confirm
Once assigned, the teacher pays a one-time platform fee to confirm the engagement.

Teachers on the platform work as independent service providers; the salary arrangement is a private agreement between teacher and parent.
A guarantee of academic outcomes
Our liability in any dispute is capped at the platform fee paid for that specific transaction.
What laws govern the platform?
We take data privacy, fair dispute handling, and fraud prevention seriously, and operate under the applicable laws of Nepal, including the Individual Privacy Act 2018 (2075) and Labour Act 2074 (2017).
Every tuition request is reviewed before publication, every teacher application follows a transparent FIFO process, and every dispute is handled through a clear, time-bound review by our admin team. Our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms & Conditions (effective August 29, 2026) govern all activity on the platform.
